The original equation log 0.0001 = - 4 assumes the base of the logarithm is 10, so the exponential form is 10^ - 4 = 0.0001

Since you wrote no base, assume base 10
remember
logₐx=y means a^y=x
so
log₁₀ (0.0001) = - 4 translates to
10^-4=0.0001
true
exponential equation is
10⁻⁴=0.0001
