    Collecting like terms, the equation becomes:

    y = 2x - 12

    which is of the general form y = mx + b, where the slope is m and the y-intercept is b.

    Therefore the answer is : Slope = 2 : y-intercept = - 12.

    Simplifies to y=2x-12. slope intercept form is y=MX+b where m is slope and b is intercept do slope 4 and y intercept is - 12
