The hair on your head grows 1 and a half inch per month. Is it discrete or a continous relationship?

I would say continuous, because it keeps happening and never stops.

It is a continuous relationship because your hair keeps growing over time. If it were discrete you hair would only grow 1 1/2 inches at the very end on the month which is not the case.
