Hello! That is not true. 0.24 < 1414. 0.24 is a decimal that's less that 1 and 1414 is a whole number that is way greater than 1. 0.24 = / = 2,424. As just explained, 0.24 is less than one and 2,424 is way greater than one. Ming's statement is false.
