What is the vertex of the parobala y = (x-5) (x-1)

    Y = (x-5) (x-1) = x^2 - 5x - x + 5 = x^2 - 6x + 5 = (x-3) ^2 - 9 + 5 = (x-3) ^2 - 4

    So ... vertex is: (3, - 4)
