Irrational numbers can never be precisely represented in decimal form. why?

    Because irrational numbers are unpredictable. for example, you can write 0.25 in a fraction (1/4) because 1/4 is 1 divided by 4 which is 0.25. But you can never divide 2 numbers to get a decimal that never ends
