Change the equation 2x+3y=1,470 into slope-intercept form

    y=mx+b

    mx=slope

    b=y-intercept

    2x+3y=1470

    Subtract 2x from both sides: 3y=1470-2x

    Divide both sides by 3 to get a singular value: y=-2/3x+490
