    You multiply what outside the parenthesis l to whats inside the parenthesis and you will get 10x + 15

    WHY?

    Distributive property.

    You should multiply the outer number to each of the values inside (and). So that's 3 multiplied by 2x and 3 multiplied by 5. That's 6x-15.
