Well 23 goes into 45 one time, but it is almost two. 23 / 46 would equal 0.5, or one half, because half of 46 is 23. Although, it's slightly less (45) so instead the divident (the answer to a division problem) is 0.51111

You are doing 23/45 not the other way around, so it is less than 1 and equal to. 511111111
