Expression 2 5+4⋅2+6-2⋅2-1

(a) What is the value of Expression 1?

(b) Insert parentheses in Expression 2 so that it has a value of 19. Then show why your expression has a value of 19.

    The vaule of expression 1 is

    25

    with expression 2 5+4*2+6-2*2-1

    just put parethhesis around the 5 and 4 so it looks like this (5+4) * 2+6-2*2-1

    it has this vaule now because you add 5+4 first now which changes the pemdas ordor around because before additon was the last thing but with parethisis it is the first

    im using the * for multiplication
