The prime factorization of 55 is 5*11
The prime factorization of 60 is 2*2*3*5
To find the least common multiple of two numbers, all the numbers in the prime factorizations of each must be present in the prime factorization of the LCM.
In this case, you have to have two 2's because there are two 2's in the prime factorization of 60.

You also need a 3 because there is a 3 in the prime factorization of 60.
