    F (x) = g (x)

    f (x) = 5.5x - 13

    g (x) = - 5x + 18.5

    5.5x - 13 = - 5x + 18.5

    5.5x + 5x = 18.5 + 13

    10.5x = 31.5

    x = 31.5/10.5

    x = 3

    f (3) = 5.5 (3) - 13 = 16.5 - 13 = 3.5

    g (3) = - 5 (3) + 18.5 = - 15 + 18.5 = 3.5
