Find the missing term in the equation. 4x2 - 8x + 8 - x2 + 2x - 4 - 3x2 + _ = 4

    I am assuming you in your question mean 4x^2-8x+8-x^2+2x-4-3x^2+_=4

    4x^2-x^2-3x^2=0 so you get

    -8x+8+2x-4+_=4

    -6x+4+_=4

    so _=6x
