What is the equation of the graph below?

A graph shows a parabola that opens up and crosses the x axis near one and a half and four and a half.

    or

    y = (x + 2) 2 - 3

    They're in order the first one is y = - (x-3) 2-2 and the second is y = (x + 2) 2 - 3
