The answer is x + 15. When you factor a value out of an expression, you divide each term by that value. So, here you must divide 1/8x by 1/8 and 15/8 by 1/8. But because this is a fraction, to divide you must multiply by the reciprocal. 1/8x * 8 = x. 15/8 * 8 = 15. This gives you x + 15.
