    4x + 4y = 20

    If I'm not mistakened, this is in it's standard form.

    Slope intercept form → y = mx + b

    Let's transform this into that form.

    4x + 4y = 20

    4y = - 4x = 20

    y = - x + 5

    The slope intercept form would be ⇒ y = - 1x + 5
