What is the value of x in the equation 1/5x - 2/3y = 30, when y = 15?

    X=200

    2/3 of 15 is 10 make that negative add it to the other side 1/5x = 40 and then multiply 40 by 5 to get your answer

    1/5 of 200 is 40 - 10 = 30

    40-10=30
