    (x - a) ^2 + (y - b) ^2 = c^2

    above equation is the general equation for the circle. In that, a and b are center of the circle and c is the radius of the circle.

    let's change the equation to general circle equation

    (x - 3) ^2 + (y - 5) ^2 = 25

    (x - 3) ^2 + (y - 5) ^2 = 5^2

    center (3, 5)

    x = 3

    y = 5
