A. The yard measuring 15ft by 90ft

because 15+15+90+90 = 210 and 40+40+40+40 = 160

so there is a larger perimeter to fence.

B. The yard measuring 40ft by 40ft

because 15x19 = 1,350 and 40x40 = 1,600

so there is more Grass to mow.
