    2b+1c=10 so 1c = 10-2b

    1b+3c = 15 so 1b=15-3c substitute in first

    So 1c = 10-2 (15-3c) = 10-30+6c = - 20+6c

    20=6c-1c

    20 = 5c

    20/5=c

    4=c
