    A and C are correct! because ...

    4 (4x-3) - 6x = 16x-12-6x = 10x-12

    A. 12x-12-2x = 10x-12 So, A has a same equation with 4 (4x-3) - 6x

    B. 9x-12 We can't do any thing with it. So, B is 9x-12 which is not the same equation with 4 (4x-3) - 6x

    C. 4x+2 (3x-6) = 4x+6x-12 = 10x-12 This one got the same equation too

    D. 3x-3 (2x-4) = 3x-6x+12 = - 9x+12 which is not the same equation with 4 (4x-3) - 6x

The two answers would be A and C because they both add up to 10x-12
