Vibration can cause a tiny screw to unscrew, so sound waves of the right frequency and intensity can cause a screw to react by untwisting. A sonic screwdriver could be used. Right-handed screws can be removed by applying a counterclockwise torque using sticky tape of a sufficient length on the head of the screw, and using the tape as a lever to give a strong enough turning moment.
