    4.7*10^8

    Then use the formula

    (Tensile Force) / (Cross Section area) = Breaking Stress

    Plug in Values

    350/pi * (radius) ^2 = 4.7*10^8

    From here simply solve for r and then multiply r by 2 and get your diameter
