Which planet moves faster in its orbit: jupiter or neptune? explain?

    Jupiter moves faster than neptune in its orbit. It is because jupiter is closer to sun than neptune. The time taken to move on the orbit depends upon the distance from the sun. The length of orbit increases with increasing the distance from the sun and hence the speed also varies accordingly.
