    Biodiversity*

    Without biodiversity an ecosystem is impossible and all organisms would have to rely on outside sources for energy, in our case the sun would be the only way to survive.

    We also rely on biodiversity to create varying habitats, which is not actually necessary for survival but is valuable to humans since we crave identity and if everything were identical we would break down physiologically
