Zeros are never significant digits true or false

    False. Zeros count when they're after other numbers like (4,5) - non-zeros.

    Zeros to the right of a decimal place count. Also zeros that are in between the non-zero digits count as significant digits. Zeros to the left of a decimal place dont count.
