What type of matter will determine how much inertia an object has?

The two main things are speed and velocity. you have to factor in a bunch of smaller things too, but those don't really have much of an effect. And mass inertia is the resistance of any physical object to any change in its state of motion. The velocity of an object will determine the inertia that the object has.
