    Accuracy is concerned with how close the obtained value or values are close to the correct value. Therefore, if the bull's eye is the accepted value, the values obtained would be very close to the bull's eye if they are accurate.

    On the other hand, precision deals with the deviation of values from one another. So if the values are clumped closely together, they are considered to be precise, whether they are or are not near the bull's eye.
