A 0.156 kg ice puck collides with a 0.170 kg ice puck. both were originally moving at the same speed. which one has the larger change in velocity? they both have the same change in velocity. the 0.156 kg puck changes velocity the most. they both have no change in velocity. the 0.170 kg puck changes velocity the most.

    When the two pucks collide, momentum will still be same but it acts in two different directions. Momentum formula goes like this M = m x v, m is mass and v is speed. That means velocity is inversely proportional to mass. So the puck with less weight changes the most, so the 0.156 kg puck changes velocity the most.
