    The formula for kinetic energy (KE) is

    KE = 0.5*m*v ²

    where m = mass, v = velocity

    Given that KE = 350 J, m = 6 kg, therefore

    350 = 0.5 (6) v ²

    v ² = 350 / (0.5) (6)

    v ² = 350 / 3

    v ≈ 10.80 m/s
