A box is pushed 40 m by amover. The amount of work done was 2,240 j. How much force was exerted on the box?

    Work done = force * distance

    force = work done/distance

    f = 2240/40

    =56N

    56 Newtons bc w=F*D so if you divide by D on both side you get w/D=F
