You are walking in the forest with some friends when a wild bear shows up! Naturally, you all begin running faster. Assume that you had an initial velocity of 0.5 m/s. After running for 20 seconds, you are 50 meters away from where you started. If you accelerated at a constant rate, what must your final velocity be?

    Explanation: Here he is running with a uniform acceleration there for you can use motion equation for this

    S = (V+U) * t / 2

    S = Distance

    V = Final velocity

    U = Initial Velocity

    t = time

    50 = (V + 0.5) * 20 / 2

    V = 4.5 m/s
