    Let L be the length and W be the width.

    L = 2W + 10

    The perimeter of the rectangle must be 200 inches

    Perimeter = 2 (L+W) = 200

    2 (2W+10+W) = 200

    3W + 10 = 100

    3W = 90

    W = 30 inches

    L = 2 x 30 + 10 = 70 inches

    Area = Length x Width

    Area = 30 x 70

    Area = 2100 inch²
