Two stones are launched from the top of a tall building. One stone is thrown in a direction 25.0cm above the horizontal with a speed of 18.0 m/s; the other is thrown in a direction 25.0cm below the horizontal with the same speed. Which stone lands farther away from the building?

    the one thrown below the horizontal is going straight down, while the one above the horizontal will experience a projectile motion which will makes it move farther away from the building where it was projected.
