On the other hand, gender equality refers to the same opportunities, rights and participation to both genders in any context, jobs, academy, scientific and social.

These two dimensions overlap. They converge in the social leadership they seek. In both dimensions, diversity and equality is a purpose. Social participation and gender equality seek for the participation of all people as equal.
