The resistance of a 100W bulb is lower than that of a 60W bulb.

The 100W bulb has the thicker filament.

    Explanation:

A 100W bulb produces light with a brighter intensity than a 60W bulb, hence, it's power output is more than a 60W bulb.

We know that the current and voltage of both bulbs are the same, hence, the resistance of the 100W bulb has to be lower.

Thicker wires have less resistance because there us a larger area for the electrons to flow through.

Hence, a 100W bulb with a lower resistance and the same filament length and material with the 60W bulb must have a thicker filament.
