Cardiopulmonary resuscitation the difference in the process in both adult and baby is explained below

    Explanation:

    CPR on an infant:

The reason for CPR on an infant is because of a respiratory issue that leads to cardiac arrest.

The main reason for cardiac arrest in an infant is due to suffocation and choking

In this case, The CPR is the same process but the only difference is we don use the whole hand for chest compression we use two or three fingers in the center of the chest just below nipples. since the bones of infants are flexible and delicate than adults we use fingers for infants.

    CPR on an Adult:

CPR on an adult is a similar way as to how on an infant the difference is we use two hands for chest compression and after every 30 chest compression 2 rescue breaths are given.
