    4.78 kg/m^2.

    Explanation:

    τ = Iα

    Where,

    τ = torque, around a defined axis (N∙m)

    I = moment of inertia (kg∙m2)

    α = angular acceleration

    = 1.2 rad/s^2

    τ = F * r

    = 16.88 * 0.34

    = 5.74 N. m

    Therefore, I = 5.74/1.2

    = 4.78 kg/m2
