Technician A says if a system fails to alter dwell when it should, the ignition control module needs to be adjusted to correct dwell timing.     Depending on the model of the engine both technicians are correct.

    The correct option is;

    c. Both.

    Explanation:

    The electronic ignition control system is an ignition system switch with an input signal from a distributor sensor.

    It can be adjusted in some models whenever there is a removal of the distributor or the timing belt is changed.

    On other models, the electronic ignition control system is not adjustable is it is controlled by the engine control module
