    angular velocity at t=14-s is w = 29.98-rad/s

    Explanation:

    for constant angular acceleration,

    ∝ = Δw / Δt Δ = (w-wi) / (t-ti)

    ∝ = 15 - 0 / 7 - 0

    ∝ = 2.14-rad/s²

    now again applying formula,

    ∝ = Δw / Δt Δ = (w-wi) / (t-ti)

    w = (t-ti) ∝+wi

    w = (14 - 7) (2.14) + 15

    w = 29.98-rad/s
