How do the measurements of charge at the different locations on the sphere compare to each other?

    According to the assumptions of Gauss's law, charge is always uniformly distributed over the surface of a conductive sphere. The charge will always remain at the circumference surface. There is no charge inside the sphere. That's why anything that is protected by a metal box is shielded from outside charge.
