    Thus, the mass of the friend = 80 kg

    The mass of water displaced = 80 kg

    Volume = mass/density.

    So volume of the water displaced = 80 kg / 1000 kg/m³ = 0.08 m³.

    Thus, the volume of the friend is also equal to this volume = 0.080 m³ (answer to two significant figures)
