    Newton's second law of motion pertains to the behavior of objects for which all existing forces are not balanced.

    Explanation:

    Newton's second law deals with the force that is applied to any object. The law states that this net force is dependent upon two variables: acceleration of object (directly proportional) and its mass (inversely proportional). The acceleration of object is in the same direction as the applied force. The change in any system is due to the unbalancing forces acting on it. So Newton's second law states that the body is stable if all the forces on it is balanced.
