    Power = (work done) / (time to do the work) <= = Memorize this!

    When you use this formula, the work done has to be in units of Joules, and the time to do the work has to be in units of seconds.

    Power = (2500 J) / (1 minute)

    Power = (2500 J) / (60 seconds)

    Power = (2500/60) (J/sec)

    Power = 41.67 watts
