By changes of state if you mean like liquid to gas, solid to liquid etc then the the changes of state would be:
vaporization (Liquid to gas
condensation (gas to liquid)
Sublimation (solid to gas)
Deposition (gas to solid)
Melting (solid to liquid)
Freezing (liquid to solid)
