    In a LCR Circuit, the phase difference between voltage and current is usually summarized as;

    tan∅ = XL - XC

    =WL - 1/WC

    R

    When w=0 (i. e when it is very low) tan∅ = ∞

    or ∅ = - 90

    When w=0 (i. e when it is very large) tan∅ = + ∞

    or ∅ = + 90
