well gold is not truly a metal it is a mineral created by the earth and it is so valueble because of the color and how long it takes the earth to create gold so that is why in your case you could consider that the "king of metals"

we use gold in a lot of things like jewelry and things like that and everybody knows what gold so I guess it is the king of metal.
