    31.3 m/s

    Explanation:

    The relation between the coefficient of friction and the velocity, radius of curve path is given by

    μ = v^2 / r g

    v^2 = μ r g

    v^2 = 0.4 x 250 x 9.8 = 980

    v = 31.3 m/s
