    Hence impulse is;

    mass * acceleration * time.

    From Newton's second law

    Force * time = mass * ∆velocity

    750 * 5 = 3750Ns

    ∆velocity = Vfinal-Vinitial; the initial velocity is zero since the body starts from rest.
