Why can light travel through outer space, but sound cannot?

    Answer: Sound has vibrations of molecules and it spread through the air

    Explanation: Pretty much what this means you need molecules to produce sounds and in space there isn't any. On the other hand light is a electromagnetic waves and those waves do not need a medium to travel through
